Follow-up or "Touch-up' Treatment Policy:
Medaesthetics™ is proud to have a highly experienced and qualified clinical team. We perform each treatment as skillfully as possible based upon individual patient's budget and clinical assessment at the time of the treatment. However, the human body does not always behave 100% predictably. Patient's lifestyle and metabolism very much affect their treatment response. Unfortunately, we find that a small minority of patients do not accept the recommended treatment plan due to budgetary or downtime restraints but expect free follow-up treatments if the desired results were not obtained.
Dermal Fillers: There are no free top-ups of dermal filler. If further treatment is required, then all filler injections will be paid for at full price by the patient. This includes all symmetry related issues.
Wrinkle Relaxers: The patient can return for a complimentary review at two weeks after their first antiwrinkle injection treatment. If at this review appointment, the patient requires a “top up”, this will be at no cost to the patient for up to 5 Units. For each patient, there is a lifetime allowance of one only complimentary top-up of 5 Units. After this “top up” has been used, the patient may be advised to increase their dose for the treatment. Patients will pay for all subsequent “top up” treatments. For hyperhidrosis and masseter slimming, unfortunately, there are no complimentary top-ups.
Lasers & Lights: There are no free treatments. If further treatments are required/ requested for any reason, the patient will pay full price for all lasers and device treatments.
All review appointments are to be paid for by the patient, except for one complimentary review after antiwrinkle injections (see above).
