Cancellations & Refunds

We kindly request a booking fee of $50 for all appointments with our Dermal Therapists and $100 for all Cosmetic Injectable Treatments. The booking fee is automatically credited to your account and comes off from the total treatment cost.

In case of a no-show or a last-minute cancellation (less than 48 hours notice), the booking fee is forfeited. 

Policy for Non-Surgical Body Procedures:

• Payment for certain non-surgical procedures such as Coolsculpting™, will be taken at the time of scheduling to secure your appointment. Alternatively 30% of the total fees are payable when securing your booking.

• Cancellations three (3) days prior to your procedure(s) will result in a charge to your account of 50% of that procedure.

Policy For Surgical Procedures:

Due to the large block of time needed for surgery, last-minute changes can cause problems and add expenses for the clinic.

A 30% deposit is required to secure a surgical date, and the remaining balance is expected 14 days prior to the scheduled surgery date.

Any changes 7-14 days prior to the scheduled procedure will incur 50% of the total procedure fee being charged. Hospital fees refunded in full if applicable.

Any changes within 48 hours – 7 days of the scheduled procedure will incur 75% of the procedure fee being charged. Hospital fees are refunded in full if applicable.

Any changes less than 48 hours’ notice (or no show) will incur 100% forfeit of the procedure fee. Hospital fees non-refundable if applicable.

Additionally, if hospital services or any anaesthesia services are utilised, prior to cancellation, these fees will be charged.

Refund Policy:

MedAesthetics has a ‘no refund’ policy on purchases of services including injectables, laser or non-laser treatments, along with procedures by Dr Jadoon.

Treatments, services and packages are not transferable to other individuals and they cannot be swapped for other treatments or services.
