Cancellations & Refunds

At MedAesthetics, we kindly request a booking fee to secure your appointment.

A $50 booking fee applies to all appointments with our Dermal Therapists, and a $100 booking fee applies to all Cosmetic Injectable Treatments.

This booking fee is automatically credited to your account and deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

If you do not attend your appointment, or cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, your booking fee will be forfeited.

Non-Surgical Body Procedures

For selected non-surgical body procedures, including CoolSculpting™, payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Alternatively, a 30% deposit of the total treatment fee may be payable when securing your booking.

Cancellations made within three days of your scheduled procedure will result in a charge of 50% of the procedure fee.

Surgical Procedures

Due to the significant amount of time reserved for surgical procedures, last-minute changes can impact clinic scheduling and result in additional costs.

A 30% deposit is required to secure a surgical date. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the scheduled surgery date.

Cancellation or rescheduling fees are as follows:

  • 7–14 days prior to surgery: 50% of the total procedure fee will be charged. Hospital fees will be refunded in full, where applicable.
  • 48 hours to 7 days prior to surgery: 75% of the procedure fee will be charged. Hospital fees will be refunded in full, where applicable.
  • Less than 48 hours’ notice or no-show: 100% of the procedure fee will be forfeited. Hospital fees are non-refundable, where applicable.

If hospital services or anaesthesia services have already been utilised prior to cancellation, these fees will be charged accordingly.

Refund Policy

MedAesthetics has a no-refund policy on purchases of services, including cosmetic injectables, laser treatments, non-laser treatments, and procedures performed by Dr Jadoon.
