Medaesthetics Gift Vouchers

To redeem a MedAesthetics Gift Voucher please present your voucher at the start of your appointment.

We kindly request a booking fee of $50 for all appointments with our Dermal Therapists. The booking fee is automatically credited to your account and comes off from the total treatment cost.

In case of a no-show or a last-minute cancellation (less than 48 hours notice), the booking fee is forfeited from your gift voucher.

1. Redemption & Validity

1.1. Gift Cards can be redeemed for cosmetic treatments only, following a professional clinical assessment to determine treatment suitability, at MedAesthetics clinics.
1.2. Gift Cards are not valid for skincare products, cosmetic surgery, or regulated medical services.
1.3. Gift Cards are valid for redemption for three (3) years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the card itself.
1.4. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash or credit and cannot be exchanged for cash.

2. Purchase & Issue

2.1. Gift Cards must be purchased through the Clinic’s website or in person at the Clinic.
2.2. The value of the Gift Card, including any bonus value received (e.g. additional value for $250 / $500 / $1000 purchases), will be stated on the voucher at the time of issue.

3. Use & Restrictions

3.1. To redeem the Gift Card, clients must present the original voucher or digital voucher at the time of payment.
3.2. Gift Cards may be used towards multiple eligible cosmetic treatments until the balance is fully exhausted.
3.3. Lost, stolen, damaged, or expired Gift Cards cannot be replaced or re-issued.
3.4. Gift Cards may not be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, special offers, or loyalty credits unless expressly approved by the Clinic in writing.

4. Booking & Cancellation Policy

4.1. A consultation with a qualified dermal clinician is required prior to treatment to assess suitability before the Gift Card can be redeemed.
4.2. A booking fee may apply for appointments (e.g. $50 for dermal therapist bookings) and may be deducted from the Gift Card at the time of booking.
4.3. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or failure to attend an appointment (no-show) may result in the booking fee being forfeited and deducted from the Gift Card balance.
4.4. The Clinic may require a valid credit card to secure bookings, in accordance with its standard booking and cancellation policies.

5. Balance & Expiry

5.1. Any unused balance will remain available for redemption until the Gift Card expiry date.
5.2. Expired Gift Cards cannot be extended, refunded, or revalidated.

6. Non-Refundable

6.1. Gift Cards are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased.
6.2. No cash or credit refunds will be issued for any unused Gift Card value.

7. Changes & Interpretation

7.1. MedAesthetics reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
7.2. The Clinic’s decision regarding Gift Card eligibility, interpretation, and use is final.

8. Acceptance

8.1. Purchase or use of a Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
