General Information

Hydrafacial treatment combines the benefits of hydration, exfoliation, and extraction to improve the appearance of the skin. It’s often referred to as a “medical-grade” facial and is performed globally by licensed estheticians, dermatologists, and plastic surgeons.

Hydrafacial addresses a diverse range of skin issues without any discomfort or downtime. These include:

  • Acne
  • Congested Pores
  • Blackheads
  • Dehydrated skin
  • Pigmentation
  • Ageing Skin
  • Skin Tone & Texture

Medaesthetics are proud to be the first clinic in WA to offer the latest generation of Hydrafacial technology; the Hydrafacial Syndeo.

Hydrafacial Syndeo is currently the smartest device in skin health and rejuvenation in the industry. Using AI powered digital interphase, it combines the excellent clinical results of Hydrafacial’s patented vortex fusion technology with a digital experience that has never been seen before.

The most common areas of treatment include:

• Face
• Neck, Décolletage
• Hands

How Does HydraFacial Work?

Hydrafacial treatment is performed using the Hydrafacial Platform and treatment probes.

The treatment consists of 3 key steps:

  1. Cleanse + Peel: Uncovers a new layer of skin with gentle exfoliation and relaxing resurfacing.
  2. Extract + Hydrate: Removes debris from pores with painless suction. Nourishes with intense moisturisers that quench skin.
  3. Fuse + Protect: Saturates the skin’s surface with antioxidants and peptides to maximise skin’s glow.

Patient Suitability

The treatment is suitable for adult men and women of any age.

Potential Risks & Complications

There is minimal risk of any serious complications:

• Allergic reaction (very rare)

I recommend HydraFacial MD to all my patients who want hydrated and rejuvenated skin before a special event without any downtime.

It is important to understand that treatments which are not medically supervised and are performed at most franchised laser salons, cannot deliver the same level of results and safe clinical outcomes that specialised medical & dermatology clinics like MedAesthetics are able to offer. It is, therefore, vital that you choose your treatment provider based upon their experience and reputation and not just on marketing hype or discount pricing.

Potential Risks & Complications

All cosmetic procedures carry potential risks, complications, and treatment limitations. We advise patients to seek independent advice from an independent, appropriately qualified medical doctor before thinking about any type of cosmetic enhancement.
