What Is Bio-Remodelling?

Bio-Remodelling Injectable treatment is now available at MedAesthetics Perth. The first of its kind, Bio-Remodelling Injectable is a revolutionary new approach to rejuvenating skin cells and treating skin laxity by triggering a ‘bio-remodelling’ response.

Bio-Remodelling Injections Treatment Summary

No. of Treatments

Usually a 2-part treatment process with 30 days between sessions. Your practitioner may recommend a 3-part process rather than a 2-part process upon assessment; this is usual in cases of more advanced skin ageing.

Procedure Time

Usually 30 minutes.

Discomfort Level

Minimal discomfort once the area is numb. Extra strong numbing cream is used with a local anaesthetic injection.

Recovery Time

Usually there is no downtime in the majority of cases.
Minor redness and swelling which settles within few minutes.
As with all injectable treatment there is a risk of bruising at the site of injection.

Results

Some changes can be noticed after 1st treatment however, the best results will be seen after your second treatment which is performed four weeks after the first treatment.

Duration of Results

Approximately 12 months depending on the level of correction needed.

Resumption of Usual Activities

Immediately for most activities. Avoid swimming for 48 hours and extreme temperatures for 7 days. Avoid massaging the area treated for 24 hours. Full aftercare will be provided prior to treatment.

What Are Bio-Remodelling Injectables?

Different from regular Carbohydrate based Dermal Fillers, Bio-Remodelling Injectable treatment uses a totally new generation of Hyaluronic Acid gel which, once injected, spreads under the skin to mimic the natural Hyaluronic Acid naturally found in youthful skins.

It also stimulates deep tissue collagen & elastin which results in youthful-looking, wrinkle-free skin. 

The treatment is suitable for both men and women who want to minimise the signs of premature aging of the skin by improving skin tone, texture and laxity.

The Pain Factor

Our highly experienced clinical team do their utmost to minimise any treatment associated pain or discomfort. Having fine motor skills and gentle pair of hands are important assets for any clinician.

Depending upon the type of of procedure being performed, we use high-strength topical numbing cream, inhalation (laughing) gas, local anaesthesia as well as skin cooling device to make the procedure as tolerable as possible.

The treatment does not add volume to the face as regular dermal fillers do. So, this treatment is extremely beneficial for patients who want a firmer youthful facial skin but without adding more volume to the face.

Bio-remodelling Injection treatments are effective, relatively affordable and offer little to no downtime. There are, however, some side effects associated with poorly performed procedures.
