• Initial meeting and greeting with our clinic staff. It is essential that you actually like our premises,
feel relaxed and are properly welcomed by our team.

• Developing a great relationship with our patients right from the very moment they enter our clinic
is at the heart of our successful clinical model.

• You will be asked to fill in our Patient Intake Form. This may include information such as your name,
contact details, medical history, current medications, allergies, skin type etc.

• We will make sure that you are provided with utmost privacy and encourage you to be open and honest

• We will ask you questions about your past treatments and your experience with other our clinical team.

• Finally, a treatment plan will be devised which will be based upon your treatment requirements,
budget and downtime limitations.

• Some consults are simple and straightforward. Other consults are complex and tricky.

• You will be given ample time to go home, discuss the treatment plan with your family or friends and
carry out independent research and see another clinic for a second opinion if required.

• If you chose to have a treatment done, any consultation fee that you may have paid will be reimbursed
back to you at the time of your booking.

• We practice ethical medicine and will not try to upsell any services or procedures you may not need or want.

who will develop a suitable treatment plan devised to address your clinical skin concerns.
The booking fee is redeemable against either Observe 520X skin analysis or
service paid for or booked on the day.
